for this incident,i can see the improvement both from your sprites and your animation,it quite pleasure to watch,still,i do have some advices for ya:
-avoid using dark colors,as it look too off with the rest of the bois
-the + of the boss should be less thicc
-avoid lines thickness inconsistent,most noticeable is ya hoodie
-and finally,flash 8 have the habit of shrinking ya sprites for as long as ya using it,so either use newer flash version,or ya have to actively delet the sprites when it shrinking and took the main sprites from ya sprites sheet and animate it from there.

[Beyond the Fog: Episode 2 - Astray at Sea]

this startin to become one of my fav web series,good job on this one
the art style here is stunningly beautiful,give me some avartar the airbender but more internet feel.
the only problem i have(most likely nitpicking)is at the scene where ya animate boat moving forward(0:43 i think)aside from the water effects from the boat,the scenery doesnt move and change much,which make the boat feel like it standing still
hope to seen more of this soon

the music,well it good but i wish it got the creepy vibe like the first part ya made
